NetApp snapshot visibility issue - January 5

UPDATE: Snapshots created prior to January 1, 2017 can be manually restored by an IT admin. If you require this service, please submit an RT at rt@rt.uwaterloo.ca.

What is happening? NetApp snapshots created prior to January 1, 2017 are not currently visible in the Windows “Previous versions” tab. Snapshots are still being created and can be mapped in a more complex manner. IST is working with the vendor to resolve this issue. Additional information will be shared when available.

When did this happen? All NetApp snapshots prior to January 1, 2017 are affected.
