Welcome to Cogent Communications’ Network Status Message. At this time Cogent is experiencing routing issues in the Toronto area. We are investigating possible failure on our network and will be placing further updates on this page as available.
Unfortunately, during this issue, University of Waterloo continued to receive valid routes from them which prevented the automatic failover to occur. This is currently under investigation.
