What is happening?  The OnBase document depository and database server are being migrated to Windows Server 2016 virtual machines.

Why is this happening? Microsoft’s extended support for Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (currently used by the OnBase document depository and database server) is ending. Virtual machines must be upgraded before support ends in order to avoid security risks.

When is this happening? Wednesday, October 16 for the entire business day. Additional communications will be sent when the upgrade is complete.

What is the impact to OnBase users? OnBase will be unavailable during the upgrade window. Graduate applicant documents viewed through Quest will also be unavailable.
