What is happening? Outbound mail to EDU accounts is currently backlogged due to excessive traffic. Mail is still being delivered but with substantial delays. There are approximately 8000 messages in the backlog.
When is this happening? Issues began at approximately 3:00 a.m. this morning and are ongoing.
Who does this impact? This issue affects ALL outbound email to EDU accounts.
