Qualtrics maintenance and downtime – December 18-21

What is happening? Qualtrics will be undergoing site maintenance to merge a department University of Waterloo (UW) Qualtrics accounts into the central UW Qualtrics account.

When is this happening? Monday, December 18, from 8:00 a.m. until Thursday, December 21, at 7:00 p.m.

What is the impact? All active surveys will still be available for survey participants to complete. Users will not be able to login into their Qualtrics accounts to do survey administration, or to access results during the maintenance window.

What you need to do: Please complete all necessary survey administration (creation/edits/viewing of results) before 8:00 a.m. on December 18 since users will not be able to log into Qualtrics for the entire work week.
