Due to a system upgrade, Quest will be unavailable from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST on Tuesday, December 22, 2009.

Quest service will remain available during the Christmas holidays subject to unexpected system outages.

Quest support will not be available from 3:30 p.m. EST Wednesday, December 23, 2009, through 8 a.m. EST Monday, January 4, 2010 inclusive.

Any support issues that arise during the holiday period (including the mailing of online materials) will be addressed beginning January 4, 2010, after 8:30 a.m. EST.
