What is happening? All Request Tracker (RT) tickets that have been ‘Resolved’ or ‘Rejected’ for more than 8 years will be deleted; this will be done on a regular basis. (Note: ‘Resolved’ and ‘Rejected’ refer to RT ticket statuses.)

What is the impact?
- Tickets that have been ‘Resolved’ or ‘Rejected’ for more than 8 years will no longer be available.
- The University will not incur extra costs in keeping data longer than necessary. See Records Management Frequently Asked Questions for more information.
