Request Tracker (RT) downtime and email delivery – August 5

What is happening? The Request Tracker (RT) system was down on August 5 from approximately 2:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. RT emails and ticket creation were delayed during this time. IST has resolved the issue. All RT email and ticket creation from this morning have now been processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
