What is happening? The Request Tracker (RT) system will be offline for system maintenance. During this time, we will be applying operating system patches and making more room for the database.
When is this happening? Thursday, March 2, from 6:00 to 7:00 a.m.
What is the impact? Email sent to the RT system will be queued and submitted when RT is back online. http://rt.uwaterloo.ca and http://rt.uwaterloo.ca/SelfService (and related RT forms) will not be available during the down time.
