RESOLVED: Connect/Exchange issues - September 4

Update (as of 3 p.m.):

The databases have been balanced and the CPU usage has returned to normal on both servers. All Exchange activities should be operating normally again.


Update (as of 1:56 p.m.):

Both servers have been rebooted and we are currently balancing databases between the two. We are starting to see progress in the CPU and most Exchange activities should be returning to normal.

We will be keeping the alert open until the servers are balanced and the CPU usage has returned to normal on both servers.


What is happening? Currently Connect (Exchange) is experiencing high CPU, which is causing slow message delivery, login timeouts, etc.

IST is working on the issue, and we are hoping to have the service back to normal shortly.
