What is happening? All @edu.uwaterloo.ca email accounts were affected by the recent WatIAM upgrade.
What is the impact?
- Emails sent to affected accounts will bounce back to sender as ‘undeliverable’.
- Any emails sent from an affected account cannot be replied to as the ‘reply-to’ address will be incorrect.
When is this happening? The issue is ongoing from approximately 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11.
IST is working to resolve this issue and more information will be shared when available.
