RESOLVED: @edu.uwaterloo.ca email accounts unable to receive email

RESOLVED: All issues have been resolved and accounts should be functioning normally.

What is happening? All @edu.uwaterloo.ca email accounts were affected by the recent WatIAM upgrade.

What is the impact?

  1. Emails sent to affected accounts will bounce back to sender as ‘undeliverable’.
  2. Any emails sent from an affected account cannot be replied to as the ‘reply-to’ address will be incorrect.

When is this happening? The issue is ongoing from approximately 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 11.

IST is working to resolve this issue and more information will be shared when available.
