Resolved: LEARN email issues persist

Waterloo LEARN email issues are persisting. Sending email is working, however, emails generated by the Waterloo LEARN system may be flagged as SPAM by the receiving email server/client.

Information Systems & Technology (IST) is working with Desire2Learn (D2L) to resolve this issue.


We have determined that there are significant issues with the email client in Waterloo LEARN, which impacts the sending of email from within the system and the receipt of notifications. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
