RESOLVED: The issue with mailservices has been resolved as of 4:45 p.m. Emails sent during this timeframe were queued and are now being delivered. No emails were lost.

What is happening? Mailservices is currently experiencing an issue that is preventing emails from being received and delivered from mailservices accounts. IST is investigating and hope to resolve this issue soon. Additional information will be provided when available.

When is this happening? Issues began at approximately 3:00 p.m. today and are ongoing.

Who does this impact? This issue only affects mailservices accounts. Connect accounts and Microsoft Office 365 accounts are not impacted.
