RESOLVED: Mailservices issues – June 8

RESOLVED: The email issue was resolved late in the day on Friday, June 8, and is now working as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What was the impact? This issue caused delays in email being delivered from RT, bulkmail and mailman mailing lists to mailservices and/or connect accounts.

What is happening? Mailservices is currently experiencing an issue that is delaying emails from being delivered from RT, bulkmail and mailman mailing lists. IST is investigating and hope to resolve this issue soon. Additional information will be provided when available.

When is this happening? Issues began this morning and are ongoing.

Who does this impact? This issue only affects mailservices accounts. Connect accounts and Microsoft Office 365 accounts are not impacted.
