Resolved: Microsoft Teams messages not sending - January 23

Resolved (Jan 23, 1:00 p.m.) : Users should be able to send and receive Microsoft Teams messages again. Please try restarting the Microsoft Teams client if you are having persisting issues.

What is happening? Users may be unable to send Microsoft Teams messages as a result of a Microsoft DNS issue. IST is investigating with the vendor. Further communication will be sent out once the issue is resolved.
