RESOLVED: Rogers issue impacting UWaterloo customers

What is happening? Rogers is experiencing an outage that is impacting University of Waterloo Rogers customers.

What is the impact?

  • Calling from on-campus to Rogers cell phones is not working (caller will hear busy signal)
  • Rogers cell phone users are unable to reach non-Rogers numbers, including campus (caller will hear busy signal)
  • Rogers to Rogers calls are working

Additional information will be shared when available, or once Rogers has resolved the issue.
