Resolved: University Telephone and Skype Lines Down - March 14

Update (as of 12:37 p.m.): Both PBX and Skype circuits are now back up and running. No further outages are expected.
 
Update (as of 12:12 p.m.): The main PBX lines are now functioning. Skype emergency 911 lines are still not functioning.
 
Update (as of 11:21 a.m.): We have confirmed our main PBX room is functioning. Bell Canada is being contacted in order to pinpoint the issue. ETA on a resolution is still to be determined. 

What is happening? The Avaya PBX and Skype systems that allow external calls are currently not functioning. More information will be provided once we have further updates.
 
What is the impact to users? No external incoming or outgoing calls are being sent or received at this time. Internal calls are still functioning.
