Update: In order to resolve the issues with WatIAM, IST is now working with the vendor. As more information is available, updates will be sent.

What is happening? Provisioning new accounts and OU moves in WatIAM are not functioning. IST is investigating and will update when more information is available.
 
What is the impact? Users are unable to claim new accounts or modify existing ones.
