Resolved: WatIAM login issues - January 21

RESOLVED: The login issue with the WatIAM has been resolved. Users should now be able to access the system without issue. Users may not have been able to login to WatIAM between Sunday, January 20 at 8:00 p.m. to Monday, January 21 at 9:10 a.m.

What is happening? We are currently experiencing login issues with the WatIAM system. IST is investigating the issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.

What is the impact to users? Users and administrators are currently unable to access the system.
