What is happening? As the final part of the migration to Skype for Business from Lync, the core system pool needs to be upgraded to Skype for Business.
When is this happening? Saturday, June 17 from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 18.
What is the impact? During this upgrade time calls to custom built applications and response groups (queues/menus) will not be available (specifically Skype for Business, this is not related to any Avaya CallPilot menus or queues). All other functionality for users will still work with no expected issues or downtime.
Additional information: This upgrade will reconfigure the main back-end core to Skype for Business to allow for better updates, future upgrades, and consistency across the infrastructure.
