What is happening? A configuration migration issue in WatIAM is causing employees that only have Workday accounts (no MyHRInfo accounts) from being assigned the ‘HR Employee’ role. This is causing the email settings of these users from being properly provisioned. IST has resolved this issue for a number of accounts. However, new or persisting issues should be reported via RT or to the IST service desk.
When did this issue begin? Between Monday, January 28 and Wednesday, January 30 at 10:45 a.m.
What is the impact? Emails sent during the above time frame may not have been delivered. Senders may have received a bounce back.
