Telecommunications Services has conference equipment available for your department to borrow at no charge.
Reserving conference equipment
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Extension number that the equipment will be used at
- Building and room number of the room where the equipment will be used
- The date that you would like to book the equipment
- The time you would like to book the equipment
You will receive a confirmation email from our department that your booking has been placed.
Purchasing conference equipment
Some areas on campus may prefer to purchase their own conference unit for meetings. If you decide to do this, please check with Telecommunications Services to ensure this unit is compatible with our phone system. We highly recommend the Avaya IP 2033 conference phone (PDF).
