Setting up a conference call or account

Arkadin Global Conferencing has been selected as the University of Waterloo’s audio and web conferencing provider of choice.

Setting up an account

To set up an account, please send a request through our Request Tracker system at rt-ist-csteladmin@rt.uwaterloo.ca.  There is no initial fee for setting up an account.  

The following information will be required to set up the account:

  • Account holders name, department, phone number and email address
  • A secondary persons name can also be associated with the account
  • Departmental account number for all charges

Once the account has been set up you will receive two emails, an instruction guide and a confirmation email with the following information:

  • Your Chairperson code
  • Your Access code
  • Local and toll number for all participants

All calls will be charged against your departmental account and will appear on your monthly electronic telephone billing report.
