IST offers a fully-managed Windows workstation environment for academic support departments, and second-level support for University-owned laptops and workstations, including desktop application management, etc.

Workstation troubleshooting and re-imaging in Academic Support areas can be performed within one business day (two days if diagnostic testing is required).
