Submit request

Faculty wishing to request an operator to show videos and films in the classroom can submit a request for a student operator to Events Support (rt-ist-itms-events@rt.uwaterloo.ca). 

Please submit all requests, at latest, 2 months prior to the start of the term for which you are requesting as this allows us to hire operators, if any are needed, based upon requests we receive for the term.

Cost

There is no charge for the use of operators for projection work for classes.

Training

Operators are trained in full use of the podiums in e-classrooms. If instructors would like instruction on operating the e-classroom podium equipment, please contact our technical support staff for assistance.
