Service Desk - East Campus 2 (IST)

Information Services & Technology (IST), Housing, and the Library offer IT Service Desk services in the evenings and on the weekend. Please note at the end of each term this service is unavailable.

Services include help with wireless connection issues (Eduroam), WatIAM administration, virus removal, anti-virus installation, security scans, software installations, email setup and general questions. More service details are available.

Average length of time to complete request: 
Inquiries are normally responded to immediately during business hours, with up to a one hour delay for phone messages. Virus scanning is done within two business days when computers are brought to the service desk.
Service hours: 
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
