 in quantum computers have spurred renewed interest\nin quantum-safe soluti
 ons for information security [1]. It is now\nwidely accepted that the curr
 ent public key infrastructures\, which are\nthe foundation of cyber securi
 ty\, will not withstand the arrival of\nthe quantum computer [2]\, [3]\, a
 nd that this arrival will occur with\nhigh probability within the next ten
  to fifteen years. New solutions\nare called for\, and these solutions sho
 uld at least be partly based on\nquantum technologies.
