 OF REGENSBURG\n\nThe spin-boson model is an archetype model to study the i
 mpact of a\nthermal reservoir on the coherent dynamics of a two-level quan
 tum\nparticle. When the coupling between qubit and environment crosses a\n
 threshold\, a transition from coherent to incoherent tunneling between\nth
 e two qubit eigenstates occurs. At even larger coupling\, the\ndynamics is
  fully quenched\, signaling a strong entanglement of the\nqubit with the r
 eservoir’s continuum.
