 \, we focus on the\ntransient dynamics and the steady state characteristic
 s of the\ndouble-dot Aharonov-Bohm (AB) interferometer subjected to a volt
 age\nand/or temperature bias. We first consider an exactly solvable case\,
 \nthe noninteracting double-dot AB interferometer.
