 d for estimating the probabilities of outcomes of a\nquantum circuit using
  Monte Carlo sampling techniques applied to a\nquasiprobability representa
 tion. Our estimate converges to the true\nquantum probability at a rate de
 termined by the total negativity in\nthe circuit\, using a measure of nega
 tivity based on the 1-norm of the\nquasiprobability. If the negativity gro
 ws at most polynomially in the\nsize of the circuit\, our estimator conver
 ges efficiently.
