 set and Konig (Science 2018) showed a\nseparation between constant depth q
 uantum circuits and constant depth\nclassical circuits with bounded fanin.
  We find a related problem which\nseparates shallow classical and quantum 
 circuits even if the classical\ncircuit has unbounded fan-in AND gates. Th
 e problem is based on a\ntechnique borrowed from measurement based quantum
  computation which\nallows us to construct a cat state with Pauli errors i
 n constant\ndepth.
