CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:RANDOM QUANTUM CIRCUITS TRANSFORM LOCAL NOISE INTO GLOBAL WHITE
  NOISE\n\nALEXANDER DALZELL\, CALTECH/AWS\n\nWe examine the distribution o
ver measurement outcomes of noisy random\nquantum circuits in the low-fide
lity regime. We will show that\, for\nlocal noise that is sufficiently wea
k and unital\, the output\ndistribution p_noisy of typical circuits can be
  approximated by\nF*p_ideal + (1−F)*p_unif\, where F is the probability
that no local\nerrors occur\, p_ideal is the distribution that would arise
if there\nwere no errors\, and p_unif is the uniform distribution.
