DESCRIPTION:GENERATION AND DETECTION OF SPIN-ORBIT COUPLED NEUTRON BEAMS\n\
nStructured waves and spin-orbit coupled beams have become an\nindispensab
le probe in both light and matter-wave optics [1-2]\, for\nneutron specifi
cally\, showing distinct scattering dynamics for some\nsamples [3-4]. We p
resent a method of generating neutron orbital\nangular momentum (OAM) stat
es utilizing 3He neutron spin filters along\nwith four specifically orient
ed triangular coils and magnetic field\nshielding. These states are verifi
ed via their spin-dependent\nintensity profiles [5]. The period and OAM nu
mber of these spin-orbit\nstates can be altered dynamically via the magnet
ic field strength\nwithin the coils and the total number of coils to tailo
r the neutron\nbeam towards a particular application or specific material
 [6].
