SUMMARY:Seminar featuring Professor Richard Curry\, University of Mancheste
 r
CLASS:PUBLIC
DESCRIPTION:The ability to engineer the electrical\, optical and magnetic\n
properties of advanced materials on the nanoscale is of increasing\nimport
ance to the development of future technologies. One approach to\nachieving
this is through impurity doping\, with increased control over\nthe spatia
l resolution and isotopic purity enabled by the development\nof dedicated
tools. In this talk the 'P-NAME' tool will be described\,\nand the underly
ing principle surrounding its application for the\ndevelopment of doped sy
stems for quantum technologies including qubits\npresented. cont.
