DESCRIPTION:Since its conception a decade ago\, interest in Quantum Illumin
 ation\, a\nform of long-range quantum sensing\, has grown steadily.  Moti
 vated by\napplications in defence\, quantum communications and other areas
 \,\ninterest has now spread from academia to industry and\ngovernment.
  The goal of the IQC Workshop on Quantum Illumination is\nto bring toget
 her a wide range of participants from these various\ndomains to discuss th
 e state of the art in laboratory research\, the\nrange of possible applica
 tions\, and paths toward those applications.
