DESCRIPTION:Patryk Gumann\, IQC \n\nABSTRACT\n\nNuclear magnetic resonance 
 (NMR) signal of phosphorus donors\n($^{31}$P) in a single crystal of silic
 on\, concentration 6 x 10$^{15}$\ncc$^{-1}$ has been measured. The obtaine
 d polarization is larger than\nthe expected thermal equilibrium polarizati
 on within the time scale of\nthe experiment. A 13 sec build up time a prob
 able nonequilibrium\nOverhauser mechanism\, driven by 1047 nm light irradi
 ation. This\npolarization is reached a temperature of 4.2 K and a magnetic
  field of\n9.4 T.
