On Thursday, October 27th 2011, Professor Chia-Ching Chang from National Chiao Tung University, will deliver a lecture titled “Constructing Electrical Nanodevices From Biological Molecules”. This lecture is free and open to the public!
On Friday October 21st, Sir David King from Oxford University will be delivering a lecture entitled “Do Governments Need Science Advisors?” as a part of our Arthur J. Carty Lecture (AJC) Lecture Series.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome to attend.
The 2011 Nano Ontario Conference and Workshop will be held October 14-15, 2011 at McMaster Innovation Park. The conference will provide a venue for Ontario-based academic, industrial and governmental researchers to present the latest achievements in nano-science and nanotechnology, and will serve as a platform for the open exchange of ideas, the development of new collaborative projects, and the initiation of new industry-academia partnerships.
Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) will be present and we’re very excited for this 2 day conference.
