Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS)

The Canadian Graduate and Professional Student Survey (CGPSS) is designed to provide universities with data regarding the quality of their graduate programs as assessed by their own graduate students. Waterloo participated in CGPSS in 2005, as part of the G10 Data Exchange consortium (now the U15), and in 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 as part of the Ontario and U15 Data Exchange consortiums.

The survey asks graduate students to evaluate the overall quality of their student experience including questions on coursework, the availability of financial support, university resources, student life, support from faculty members, and overall satisfaction with their program.
