Determine Advisory Level

Prior to travel, review the Canadian Government's Travel Advice and Advisory reports for your specific country/region.

Confirm the advisory level for your destination. Travel to countries identified as either 'Avoid non-essential travel' or 'Avoid all travel' is not normally allowed. If you plan to travel to such a destination, please contact the Associate Vice-President, International. With your cooperation, full information will be gathered, a safety and security assessment will be performed, and a decision will be made by the Vice-President, Academic and Provost.
