In an increasing global world, it is important to learn about intercultural communications and cultural customs as individuals navigate new professional and personal relationships with international audiences.
The following information is a guide to international cultural, business and gift-giving etiquette. It has been designed to provide members of the University community with information about interacting with international audiences and visitors.
Information is currently available for 25 countries. If the country or specific information you are looking for is not on this list, please email our International Relations team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a co-op student, there is a non-credit course on intercultural communications you can take during a co-op work term called Professional Development (PD) 8.
