IST Client Services is comprised of 4 units: Service Desk, Customer Relations and Support, Training/Licensing/Communications, Web Development. In this seminar you will learn about current and future activities in each of these units. These activities include a student portal mobile application, WCMS responsive design, Waterloo Photo (Asset Bank) implementation, a new Evote system, IST Webstore, Skype for Business (Lite) support, IT training, and much more.
