Speakers: Kateri Galloway-Downie & Joel Norris, Central Stores
In this seminar, Kateri will explain the purpose of using Digital Imaging (DI) and the benefits for campus. She will also discuss the different document files, paper size, scanners and tracking system used by Central Stores. Joel will provide information on the office paper recycling processes and record storage offerings that encouraged Central Stores to pursue DI initiatives.
Bios:
Kateri Galloway-Downie, Digital Imaging Specialist, has spent the last 4 years in her current position. In addition to Central Stores, she is also working with Finance on their scanning projects. One of her expertise is scanning different size papers.
Joel has been working at the University since 1984, in Central Stores. Currently as Manager, Joel oversees all departmental operations.
