In the fall of 2017, IST started a new group with students to gather feedback on IST services and help make improvements to the IT services we provide. With one term completed, Matt will talk about the results to-date, along with challenges and successes. He will be sharing information about how the group works, what has been accomplished so far, what they are hoping to accomplish in the future, and how you can get involved.
Bio: Matt Harford is IST’s Service Desk Supervisor responsible for the four-main campus IT Service Desks (DP, DC, V1, CMH) and the team lead for the Housing IT team. While the four service desks keep him very busy, Matt also enjoys woodworking, cooking and mountain biking.
