ATLAS Part 2 (CTE 7513): Exploring the Assessment Cycle in PebblePad: Reviewing Feedback Options
(ATLAS Part 2 workshop is open to those who have completed ATLAS Part 1 (CTE7512))
ATLAS, the assessment space in PebblePad, facilitates formative and summative assessment through self and peer review, qualitative feedback statements, rubrics, feedback templates, and grades. PebblePad also includes features that allow external assessors to comment and provide feedback on student work. Feedback can be used to help students improve future iterations of their work.
In ATLAS Part 1, we explore the assessment cycle – setting up assignments, sharing PebblePad templates and workbooks with your students, and grading the assignment. In ATLAS Part 2, we explore more of the feedback options available in PebblePad, including the use of feedback statements to improve feedback efficiency and consistency, the use of rubrics, and feedback templates. We also look at peer review options.
Both workshops include a combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities allowing participants a hands-on experience using PebblePad.
Registration is required. CTE has a new registration system called GoSignMeUp. Before you can register for a workshop, you need to create an account (one time only). Once you've created an account, you can register for this workshop.
Many of our workshops have waiting lists, so if you've registered but can't attend, please cancel your registration well in advance through the registration system, so that someone else can fill your spot.
