Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Kinesiology - Work and Health

The Work and Health doctoral program (W&H) is a collaborative program between Kinesiology, the School of Public Health and Health Systems, and the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies in the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences.

It provides students with an interdisciplinary platform upon which to develop a broad understanding of issues related to work and health.  The program affords the opportunity to cross departmental boundaries to access courses and resources, including dissertation committee members who can provide cross disciplinary perspectives on research questions related to work and health.

Your graduate supervisor will be able to help you get oriented in the program, select courses, and serve on thesis committees.

Students who wish to consider a change in supervisor should speak to the Kinesiology Associate Chair (Graduate). Students who change supervisors must fill out a Change of Supervisor Form
