Knowledge Integration Symposium
The inaugural class of Knowledge Integration students will be presenting poster displays of their senior research projects. Forming the capstone of their four-year undergraduate career, these projects represent an exciting synthesis of the diverse disciplines the students have explored through this one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary program.
Systems of Sharing: The Next Economy
Meet us at the Knowledge Integration table in the Faculty of Environment Academic Fair, and tours to the KI-X: Learn in 3D Museum Exhibits will leave from there.
The students of the Berlin cohort in Waterloo's Bachelor of Knowledge Integration program invite you to experience “KI-X 2012: Capstone Design Project”, the culmination of their third-year project: The Museum Course. Since second year, they have been immersed in museums and the particular nature of the museum learning experience. Creating a museum exhibit is an interdisciplinary challenge in which rigorous research and design combine with team work to produce a unique experiential learning opportunity.
