 ing”.\n\nThink of a problem (big or small) that you and/or your group ha
 ve been\nworking on. During the walk\, discuss with people around you or g
 o\nsolo\, and then see at the end of the walk if any fresh perspectives\na
 ppear. It is amazing the work the brain is free to do when you are\nengage
 d in a physically repetitive and mentally undemanding activity\nsuch as wa
 lking (or knitting\, or washing dishes\, or shovelling snow!).
