Knowledge Integration Seminar
In response to feedback from the KI Town Hall last fall, the Associate Chair (Katie) and Undergraduate Advisor (Darlene) will run a ‘KI academic session’ during INTEG 10 on November 1st. All students are welcome to attend.
During the first half of the academic session, Katie and Darlene will provide advice for KI students around course selection, minors, and other academic matters. Students will also have an opportunity to ask any questions they have about their undergraduate degree or the KI curriculum. We will use this session to develop an ‘FAQs’ for current KI students that we will share with you in the coming months.
The second half of the session will serve as a follow up to “Design Your Education – Design Your Future” (the INTEG 10 session held on October 4th where Paul demonstrated the new platform for ePortfolios called “PebblePad”). If you are working on an ePortfolio (either through PebblePad or another platform), we encourage you to attend this session so you can get feedback on your individual portfolio.
Note: if you have other ideas for what you would like to see at the upcoming academic session, or future sessions, please email the Associate Chair at firstname.lastname@example.org.
