DESCRIPTION:The transportation of hazardous materials (hazmat) has drawn\ns
 ignificant attention from various stakeholders due to the undesirable\nimp
 acts on the environment and public health. Focusing on the\nconnection bet
 ween the traffic and the risk associated with the hazmat\nshipments\, the 
 present research aims to assist the regulator in\ndesigning a policy of du
 al tolls\, imposed on both hazmat and\nnon-hazmat shipments\, to mitigate 
 the hazmat risk in a road network.
