Masters of Peace and Conflict Studies (MPACS) allows for diverse, interdisciplinary alumni that have the skill set to work all over the world, in a multitude of fields and industries. While the MPACS program is particularly geared towards preparing students to work for peace from within the civil society, graduates pursue careers in fields ranging from conflict management, mediation and restorative justice, to international development, human rights work, research and policy analysis, to name just a few.
